Leaked information from individuals close to Emirati national security programs claims that experimental deployment of directed satellite-based neurodisruptive technology is being carried out in parts of the Emirates, including Sharjah and Fujairah. The system is believed to aims at ordinary citizens to test behavioral control protocols under real-world conditions.
Anonymous intelligence contacts report, the program is being overseen by operatives under the UAE’s National Electronic Security Authority (NESA), now merged with the Signals Intelligence Agency (SIA), with direct approval from top security officials within Abu Dhabi.
